Hi we are a family of 4 looking to take part in this tour in late Nov. Just a few clarifications please. We are wanting price for buy 2 get 1 free as well as 1 extra (not sure if you do childrens prices). Also is the curtsy shuttle on pick up from airport for only 1 person? If so what is the cost for other 3 people, or can we make our own way to hotel cheaper. Also where is drop off at the end of the tour. In San Fransisco, are we able to keep sight seeing and skip Stamford tour? Are there any other hidden costs please? Does the service fee cover the tipping of the driver and tour guide? Can you give me a final price for tour 2-604 for Nov 20th 2012. Thanks
To get the best price, you can book a quad room for you 4people, tour cost is $1168.00 in total, please double check it online by choosing your selections.
The free airport pickup on Day 1 is available for all the person in the order, we offer free pickup once per order, so we will pickup 4 of you once together then. At the end of the tour, we offer airport drop off at LAX, If you wish you to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, please book a US domestic flight after 9:30 p.m. and international flight after 10:30 p.m.
In San Francisco, if you want to quit the city tour and Stanford University, please check with the tour guide, he/she will arrange the meeting time and location for you, or you have to self-transfer back to the hotel.
Please check what the tour package includes and excludes by this link section:
We may arrive at Las Vegas after 3pm, you will have the opportunity to take the LV night tour or watch any shows, please check with the tour guide if you like.
Since the order of the itinerary is subject to change due to different departure date, please check with us if you have any special request.
What type of buses (make, model, company, etc.) are used on your tours. Also, please comment on driver qualifications; how are they chosen; how are their driving history and safety records assured ?
With so much time on a road tour such as this one, I want to feel confident about quality of the vehicle and its driver.
The model and company cannot be confirmed until we have the reservation.
We normally use a tour coach bus that can sit up to 6o people.
All our drivers are hired through the tour provider.
We try and hire the best most qualified and most experience drivers we can find.
All our customers while on board ( only inside the bus) are covered with our insurance, we take the best safety pre-causion while you are on board with us ( although we can never predict when a problem may occur).
Please also consider purchasing travel insurance so you can be sure you are 100% covered.
We are visiting LA for the first time in January and will be lynwood century freeway Travelodge ( 11401 Long Beach Blvd., Imperial Hwy/Long Beach Blvd, Lynwood, CA 90262 US) and wanted to know where the closest pick-up location is? You do offer a 3 accomodation room right?
thank you
We are visiting LA for the first time in January and will be lynwood century freeway Travelodge on the campus and wanted to know where the closest pick-up location is. We are 3 do you offer accomodation for 3? Thank you.
I went up on the web and found a number of reviews about your tours and the biggest issue was the Chinese and English spoken by the guides.
I don't have a problem with this provided that if Chinese is spoken that an English version is also spoken.
One of your reviews you mentioned an English only tour. Is that available and what might the dates be in 2013. I want to insure that our party gets the most out of the trip.
Look forward to your response and have a wonderful day!
Frank
Dear Sirs,
First we are planning for next year minimum 3 people. The question of meals is clear as to price and responsiblity. Is there adequate time and availabilty for meals at the designated stops?
When you speak to English and Chinese - does that mean the tour guide will explain or provide tour information in both languages?
I notice only three reviews of the trip, is there a reason for so small a number of responses?
Looking forward to next year!
Sincerely,
Frank
